Administrative Coordinator

Martha Kardashinetz joined Lassus Wherley in January of 1996 on a part-time basis in the Tax Department and this quickly developed into a full-time position. She is currently a member of the Support Team with responsibilities in the areas of administration, marketing and facility maintenance. She is also assistant to the CEO.

Martha’s administrative duties entail daily interactions with clients, scheduling and maintenance of calendars for the CEO and the Tax Team, compiling and mailing of tax package materials to clients, as well as, all other client reports and billing, coordination of quarterly tax payment mailings for clients, travel arrangements and execution of assigned special projects.

Martha’s marketing responsibilities involve maintenance of the public relations and client information databases, verification that marketing materials are updated and in full supply and email broadcasting of press releases and other news to clients and media contacts.

Martha graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. degree and worked in the medical and retail fields for a few years before taking time off to raise a family. During those years she was involved in various school, church and community organizations and activities providing volunteer services and fund raising.
