What this means is that our advice is delivered with objectivity and in our clients' best interests at all times. There's no hidden agenda.
Each client is unique, and we take whatever amount of time is necessary to learn what is important to them. Only after we understand a client's needs and goals do we recommend financial strategies. Then, we adjust those strategies as circumstances change over time.

Responding to a personal crisis
One client is a widow who lives by herself in a town near to our office in New Providence, NJ. While she was out, she suffered a break-in. She called us even before she called the police—because she didn't know what to do. One of our advisors dropped everything and went to her house. The advisor helped the woman call the police and stayed with her until the client felt secure. We then helped the client get the locks changed.
