Diahann W. Lassus, CPA, CFP®, and President of Lassus Wherley spoke recently to the Estate Planning Council of Naples on “The Estate Planning Team: Who Is the Leader?” Diahann discussed the challenges of building an estate planning team, how to select the team leader, define the leader’s role and build a team that really serves the needs of the client.
