Anne Lahey Kehl, MA Investment Officer Lassus Wherley

Anne joined Lassus Wherley in April, 2008 and serves as an Investment Officer monitoring economic, regulatory and market developments. One of her main areas of focus is the recommended list of investments. She conducts due diligence and performance analysis on investments held in client portfolios and her background and experience lend important input to asset allocation decisions.


Anne is also responsible for review of client portfolios, meeting with clients, and development of investment plans. She contributes to the firm's newsletter, and leads the weekly Investment Committee Meeting. Anne is an integral part of the training program for new members of the Investment Committee.


Experience

From November 1988 to December 2007 Anne served as a Senior Vice President/ Portfolio Manager with Beacon Trust Company in Madison New Jersey. Her responsibilities included communicating investment changes, portfolios returns, economic/market developments and asset allocation recommendations to clients on a regular basis.


Anne led the Investment Department of five portfolio managers/analysts who were responsible for managing relationships and generating new research ideas as well as covering stocks held in the portfolios.


She was responsible for training all new Investment Department recruits in the


firm's investment process, strategy, style, and systems.


Anne also presented extensively to individuals and groups as part of new business development efforts.


From September 1979 to September 1986 Anne held the position of Deputy Manager Institutional Investment Representative with Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York City. In addition to providing brokerage international custody service to French-speaking clients, she managed the US equity portfolio for a major Japanese investment trust. She also managed a New York-based family office for a major European client. Other duties included training of investment department personnel and interns from foreign correspondent banks.
