Zuzana Harvis
Business Process Manager
Zuzana Harvis returned to Lassus Wherley in 2002 as an Internet and IS Specialist, IT Team Leader and currently is a Business Process Manager. Zuzana’s primary responsibilities include leading business process improvement efforts across various business areas, serving as a Technology Team member and a liaison connecting business analysis with technical development, and managing selected technology projects. Additionally, Zuzana is a Compliance Administrator and also drives the company’s Disaster Recovery planning and testing efforts.
Some of Zuzana’s client-facing responsibilities include managing “My Virtual Place”, a secure communications link between Lassus Wherley and its clients, and a responsibility for the technical side of distributing electronic client communications.
Prior to rejoining Lassus Wherley, Zuzana worked as a Business Analyst II/Programmer at Bank of America Securities in New York. Prior to that, in 1999, Zuzana was a Portfolio Administrator and an Internet and IS Specialist with Lassus Wherley.
Zuzana earned a Certificate in Project Management from Raritan Valley Community College. She has a B.S. in Management Science & Information Systems, cum laude, from Rutgers School of Business and an A.S. in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
Zuzana is a member of BPMInstitute.org and a member of the Project Management Institute. She is also on the Board of Trustees of the Rutgers Business School Alumni Association where she is Chair of the Technology Committee.
