LWA Sponsors Special Olympics Woman Athlete
Lassus Wherley & Associates, P.C. hosted a luncheon in honor of Meghan Sooy (middle) on August 8, 2000. Meghan is a talented athlete in Track & Field, competing in numerous events (100m, 200m, 400m, discus, and shot put) on the Disabled Sports Team. She has participated in competitions around the world, including England and Sydney, Australia where she has been one of the most decorated athletes with various gold and silver metals. She is from southern New Jersey and attends Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Pictured on the left and right are Diahann W. Lassus and Clare E. Wherley, respectively. We wish her much luck in her future endeavors.
